Meet Your Coach

Hi, I’m Romy.

For years, I struggled with feeling insecure in my own body. I know what it’s like to constantly compare yourself to others, start over every Monday, and never truly feel confident in your own skin.

Everything changed when I stopped chasing quick fixes and started focusing on building a healthy lifestyle I could actually maintain. Fitness became so much more than changing the way I looked. It gave me confidence, discipline, and a mindset that positively impacted every area of my life.

Now I know how incredible it feels to wake up feeling strong, healthy, and confident in your own body. That feeling is something I want every woman to experience.

My goal isn’t just to help you lose weight or build muscle. I want to help you create habits that last, feel confident in your own skin, and become the strongest version of yourself both physically and mentally.

I’ll be there to guide you, support you, and keep you accountable every step of the way. Together, we’ll build a plan that fits your lifestyle and helps you achieve results you can actually maintain.
